Refund Policy for Cryptocurrency Transactions


Cryptocurrency transactions At Bitcoin Deport, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for transactions involving Bitcoin deposits, the selling of Bitcoin (BTC), USDT, and other cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrency transactions are unique and fundamentally different from traditional payment methods due to their decentralized, irreversible nature. Once a cryptocurrency transaction is processed, it cannot be undone. Consequently, refunds involving cryptocurrencies are subject to the policies outlined below.

9. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we are not liable for:

  • Errors caused by third-party wallet providers or payment processors.
  • Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns
